Seanna Thomas is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Mom of three, and military wife. She works as a freelance writer, food educator for Moms and families, speaker, and media personality.

She is a regular contributor to the Yummy Mummy Club, Triathlon Magazine Canada, as well as multiple other publications.

Seanna's passion is helping families keep their little ones happy and healthy without guilt. So often mom's feel guilty about not being able to put the time and energy into cooking at home. She wanted to change that and make healthy eating more accessible and way more fun.

Being a mom already has it's challenges. Why add to it when you can take a different approach? I love what she's doing because she doesn't advocate leaving everything behind in order to make these changes. Cookies anyone? Yum. She helps you transform what you already love into something healthier. Win-win!

Seanna does amazing things in the kitchen and out, spending time teaching and sharing the benefits of healthy eating and she does it all with three little ones. Mama's this works and you don't want to miss her take on following your passion and doing what you love.
